Extant to the concept of the "Greater Good" is the sacrifice of some and the arbitrary discrimination by tyrants as to who should sacrifice and what constitutes the "Greater Good." In other words, "Virtuous Plunder," or simple tyranny of the majority.
If the tacit demand of sacrifice by some where not implied, we'd have no need to speak of the "Greater Good." If something is obviously and truthfully good for all, there is no justification or explanation necessary.

Don Lemon blasted capitalism today on his obscure network, "The inherent unfairness lies in the fact that capitalism works," Lemon claimed, "It's obviously a far superior system to socialism and that's why whitey has appropriated it. They take all the good ideas. They rile up their base with dog whistles and refuse to share equally in the misery of socialism, preferring to leave that for the minorities to shoulder.
