I would not be so benevolent as Winston Churchill to call socialism the philosophy of envy, although it is. But the belief that one deserves what another has earned, more than the one who has earned it, is simply a criminal mentality. That rationalization is at the core of any criminal's mentality. And yes, that includes the criminal despots who believe they deserve to wield our inalienable rights more than we do.
And what is an inalienable right? In a nutshell it is a right every individual can freely exercise without any demand whatsoever on anyone else. Life, liberty, pursuit of happiness, these are rights which require no demand on the rights of others. Some would call them God given, or natural rights.

Equality of ideas
Don Lemon blasted capitalism today on his obscure network, "The inherent unfairness lies in the fact that capitalism works," Lemon claimed, "It's obviously a far superior system to socialism and that's why whitey has appropriated it. They take all the good ideas. They rile up their base with dog whistles and refuse to share equally in the misery of socialism, preferring to leave that for the minorities to shoulder. Just because socialism is a bad idea doesn't mean minorities should face it alone."
